Southern African Dealer Application Form

Dealership programs are quite simple. You will never have to sign a contract as one of our Local Dealers. We have two simple dealer programs available as set out in detail below. Countries within the Southern African footprint are: South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi.

Dealer program 'A':

a. Initial Purchase: 5 Units
b. 3km Radius Protected Sales Area
c. Min Monthly Sales Quota: 7 Units
d. If monthly sales volume falls below a 4 unit per month average for longer than 90 days,
'Dealer A' status will be downgraded to 'Dealer B' status automatically.
e. We will protect your investment as a Local 'Dealer A'. If any other dealer attempts to sell within your area, their dealership privileges will be permanently revoked.

Dealer program 'B':

a. Initial Purchase: 3 Units
b. No Protected Sales Area
c. No monthly Quota
d. This Program is for those that are eager to get involved as a Dealer, but due to lack of time, funds or for those who want to take it a little slower.
e. If you are an established 'B' Dealer, and someone requests Dealer 'A' status in the area you have been selling in, we will give you the first opportunity to upgrade your status to Dealer 'A'. This will require a purchase of 5 units (you will have 5 business days to complete purchase). If you decide not to move forward as an 'A' Dealer, once that position has been filled, you will no longer be allowed to sell our products within a 5km Radius of the Protected Sales Area of 'A' Dealer.

General Notes, Terms and Conditions for Dealer Registrations:

a. To initiate a dealership opportunity in Southern Africa, dealer applicants are required to complete this application and registration form and submit the following supporting documentation:
1. A clear copy of the dealer's or company owner's valid national ID or passport.
2. A clear copy of the company's registration certificate or VAT registration certificate.
3. A clear copy of the most recent municipal lights and water account for the physical address as given below in the form, and this address will be used as the centre point of the 3km Radius Protected Sales Area for the Dealer 'A' program!

b. To complete this dealer registration an order for a minimum of 3 or 5 units respectively for either of the dealership programs is required, indicating what models you want, the dealer pricing matrix will be sent to applicants once we receive the application form. Once Gunda Imports and Distribution has received this application form and required supporting documents, the dealer registration will be initiated with Gunda Imports and Distribution and if the dealer application is successful a purchase tax invoice will be emailed or faxed to the dealer with a letter stating that their dealer application has been approved. To concluded the dealer status, the dealer is then required to make payment as per the invoice within 3 working days and once payment has been received via direct Internet Bank transfer the units will be imported as per the order from the USA and shipped to the new dealer. The dealer's status will be published on the Internet for verification by other dealers or the public: Local Dealer Contact List

c. We suggest that unless you are specifically going after trucking accounts, do not purchase the EXTREME 180 X3 (our 6 cell design). Our most popular models are the EXTREME 180, and our EXTREME 180 X2. But you can decide for yourself. Once Gunda Imports and Distribution receives the units from the USA, the units will be forwarded to dealers through either PostNet or Speedpost.

d. If you are interested in being a dealer, but not sure which program to enter, we suggest that you purchase one for your personal vehicle, this must be purchased at retail price, but we will refund to you the difference between retail and dealer cost on your first complete dealer order. If this second purchase is made within 30 days, you will only be required to purchase 2 additional units to initiate a Dealer "B" status, or 4 additional units to initiate a Dealer "A" status.

e. This single Dealer Registration Form webpage, represents the total Dealer Registration Notes, Terms and Conditions between the Dealer Applicant and GUNDA Imports and Distribution CC. GUNDA Imports and Distribution CC reserves the right to accept or decline any dealer application or registration without prejudice. This Dealer Registration Form cannot be modified or changed unless the modification or changes are made in writing and agreed to by the Dealer Applicant and Gunda Imports and Distribution.
